Follow-Up From A Bad Skin Reaction To Acne Medicine
As requested, I am providing a little more information to a recent post I made regarding a chemical burn I got after using a very well-known acne treatment. This is the brand that is widely endorsed by movie stars. I took a 'proactive' approach and suffered a 'reactive' result. (I'm aware of the grammar) When I used it, a chemical reaction occurred, and smoke literally rose from my face. When I used the face wash, I rubbed it onto my skin in a circular motion, thus stimulating the area. When I applied the acne treatment cream, the combination of over stimulating my skin and the sulfur content of the 'medicine', caused a chemical reaction, and I had actual burns all over my face. I was reimbursed the $60 by the company. It is too late to sue and I wasn't raised that way. If I lost a limb, maybe. I hope this extra tidbit helped! |
